I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

Just click on forgot password and type in your e-mail; a link will be sent to your registered e-mail account. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

How do I sign up as a Hospo Member?

It’s easy! Click the ‘Join Us’ button on the home page to create an account, complete your profile and get ready to start the next chapter of your hospitality journey.

Is there a cost for joining?

Becoming a Hospo.life member and joining the Hospo Friends community is free of charge.

What happens to my personal information?

We recognise that your privacy is essential, and we take it seriously. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details.

How do I sign up for Hospo Advisory?

It’s easy, just go to Hospo Advisory and click on any series you are interested in; on the top of the page you will find the subscribe button. Click this to find all of the different packages available, pick the one that suits your specific needs and subscribe.

Can I contribute to the Hospo Stories or Advisory Series?

Yes, you can contribute to Hospo Stories or any of the Advisory Series. If you have something interesting to share with our other Hospo Members, click ‘Create’ on top of the Hospo Advisory page and complete the form. We will revert as soon as we can.

How can I set up a profile in Hospo Professionals?

Go to the Hospo Jobs page, scroll down to the box that says Hospo Professionals and click on My Hospo.life. If you aren’t already logged in, log into your Member Account and complete your profile. Alternatively, you can go straight to your Member Account to complete your profile details.

Once your details are completed you can review your information in Profile Overview and set your Profile visibility to ‘Yes’ to begin appearing on the Hospo Professionals page!

How can I control what information appears in my profiles?

When you complete your Profile Details there are visibility options for your contact information as well as your skills and education.  You can toggle these on and off at any time; if you toggle off you contact details these will not be visible in your Hospo Friends account but will still be a part of any job applications you submit.

Under Profile Overview, you can choose whether you want your listing to show on the Hospo Professionals page, as well as whether you want it visible to everyone or only to recruiters.  Finally, you can choose whether you want your professional information visible in your Hospo Friends account.

How can I apply for a job?

Go to the Hospo Jobs page and find the job you’re interested in. Click on the ‘I’m interested’ button to open the job ad with further details about the role, the company and the opportunity to apply.

Will my Hospo Professionals listing information change when I apply for a job?

No! While you will be able to adjust your Profile Details each time you apply, it won’t affect your Professional listing. If you haven’t set up your details before your first application, those details will save – you can then edit and update them at any time through My Profile Details on the Hospo Members page.

How can I find out the status of my job application?

You can view your applications and their status at any time under ‘Job Applications’ on the Hospo Members page.  Here, you can request an update from a company as well as withdraw your application if you are no longer interested in the role.

You can also delete an application, but please note that this will also delete your application in the company account.  If you have agreed with a company for them to hold your details in case of future opportunities please be sure they have them on file elsewhere before taking this action!

How can I edit my Hospo Friends profile?

When you are in Hospo Community or other sections of Hospo Friends, your profile can be accessed by clicking the down arrow next to your profile picture on the top right of the screen. Alternatively, in Hospo Members you will find links to your Hospo Friends account under ‘My Account Details’.

What kind of things can be featured on Hospos in Action?

Hospos in Action is a place for you to share your Hospo.life. Show off your bartending skills or how quickly you can make a bed, demonstrate a key technique or share a story – anything hospitality-related that will teach, inspire or add a bit of fun is welcome! 

How can I connect with hospitality businesses?

It’s easy, just sign up as a Hospo Member and start connecting through Hospo Friends.

How can I connect with schools?

Go to the Hospo Schools page and find the school or type of education you are looking for. Once you find the right one, click on ‘find out more’. This will give you further details about the education provider and a link to their website; you can connect with them through Hospo Friends.

How can I connect with suppliers?

Go to the Hospo Partners page and find the supplier you are looking for. Once you find the right one, click on ‘find out more’. This will give you further details about the supplier and a link to their website; you can connect with them through Hospo Friends.
